At Tusary, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and hassle-free return and refund process for our U.S. customers.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Wigs

  • Masks

  • Intimate accessories (items worn directly on skin)

  • Clearance or final sale items

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us via the Contact Tusary page within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange package in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Tusary error (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or product changes.

  • Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been returned.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive an incorrect or damaged costume:

  • Contact us immediately with photos of the item.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  •  If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you include the return freight;
  • If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return freight.
  • For costumes that are made to the wrong size, Tusary will make a new costume for free – if it is determined that we made the error.We will ship it out for free.
  • No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
