You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
Unused and unworn
In original packaging
In resellable condition
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Wigs
Masks
Intimate accessories (items worn directly on skin)
Clearance or final sale items
Contact us via the Contact Tusary page within 14 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Our customer service team will reply within 24 hours with return instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange package in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Tusary error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges are available for size or product changes.
Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been returned.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged costume:
Contact us immediately with photos of the item.
We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
