Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Tusary cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refund Processing

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Late or Missing Refunds
