Order Cancellation/Change

At Tusary, we understand that plans can change. We make it simple for U.S. customers to cancel or modify orders before they are shipped.

1. Order Cancellation
-Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund,

-Orders cancelled 24 to 48 hours After payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 60% of the product purchase price .

 -Orders cancelled after 48 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a refund consisting of the full shipping cost only.

To cancel, contact our support team immediately with your order number.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. In this case, you can request a return under our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Order Changes
You may request changes (such as size, style, or shipping address) within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this time, if the order is already processed, changes may not be possible.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Change
Go to our Contact Tusary page.

Provide your order number and the details of your request.

Our customer support team will confirm your request within 24 hours (business days).

4. After Shipment
Once an order is shipped, we cannot cancel or change it.

Customers may still request a return or exchange after delivery (see Return & Refund Policy).

5. Important Notes
Refunds for cancellations (within the allowed time) will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Tusary is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check all order details before submitting.
