Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email after it has been successfully verified.

We ship from multiple fulfillment centers depending on the product:

3. Order Processing Time

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days

  • US Warehouse orders: 0–1 business day

During peak seasons (Halloween & Christmas), processing may take up to 5–10 business days due to high demand.

All orders include tracking numbers, so you can monitor your delivery anytime.

5. Holiday Season Notice

Costumes are in high demand during Halloween and Christmas. We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee delivery before your event.

7. Order Tracking

All orders can be tracked via https://www.17track.net/en,enter your tracking number to track.

If you want to customize the cosplay costume, please send the details to the support@tusary.com.

Please note:

1. Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands,Hawaii and Guam,Alaska can't arrive.

2. Normally we don't offer fast shipping for customers who live outside the US,if you have specific requirement,please contact us via email. If you want the Express shipping and Live outside the US,there is the custom fees may be charge.Once the customs tax is generated, buyer needs to bear it,and we also send the notify email to customers

3. Some orders may arrive in multiple packages.Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or carrier delays.During peak seasons, shipping times may be slightly extended.
